We were the owner/builder for our house in Sedona. We used Bill Brann of Creekside Enterprises LLC. for all of our electrical work and Schwab heating and cooling for our HVAC work. We can honestly say, out of all the trades we worked with while we were building, they were the best choice. Their honesty and quality of work/materials were great. My wife and I were lucky enough to find Bill Brann of Creekside to build our house in Sedona. Prior to even selecting Bill as our builder, we asked Bill to take a look at two lots we were considering purchasing to build our house on and Bill offered to take a look at them with us to give us his opinion on them from a constructability standpoint and for his general opinion. We selected the one he recommended which happened to be the one we wanted, which was good. During the build process, Bill was proactive in solving problems and offering opinions on better ways to do things and he was always available to answer our questions. By the way, we did this build while living in Nebraska, so knowing that Bill was handling the construction process made us sleep better at night. Bill was great to work with and was helpful during the entire process and has been helpful even after construction has been completed. Bill is very honest and is a hard working individual. His workers and subs were also very helpful, too. If we were able to build in Sedona again, we would not hesitate to use Bill as our builder.
